South State Project
The South State Project was a spec single family ground up project in the Fountain Square neighborhood of Indianapolis. Awe purchased the land, managed design development, executed on construction and resold the property in less than a year from the time of purchase.
Cornell Project
The Cornell project is a three story ground up construction single family spec build in the Old Northside neighborhood of Indianapolis.
Traub Project
The Trail project was a small single story spec build just west of downtown Indianapolis. By keeping costs in line and our footprint efficient, we were able to ensure we had multiple exits to this project. In the end, this project was sold to an end user.
Hawthorne Project
The Hawthorne project was an under-performing five unit development project in the Community Heights neighborhood of Indianapolis. We purchased the asset, increased occupancy and stability and then after two years of operations resold the asset to another investor.
